How do I pay for my secure storage?

BBTS has multiple payment options, with automatic payment by credit or debit card or bank transfer being the most popular option and the option preferred by both our customers and our admin staff.

Automatic payment plans guarantee your continued secure storage, remove bad debts for us, and eliminate the need for you to think about accounts and cheques. And you don’t need to come to our office just to pay your bill.

What forms of credit card payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. These cards are part of our convenient credit card auto payment program.

Which banks can be used for automated bank transfer payment?

You can use any standard Australian bank account to set up your automated regular monthly bank transfer payment. We work with all Australian trading banks.

Do you have automatic payment options?

Yes. You sign up for auto payments when you start the storage service. We’ll automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card, debit card, or bank account. This way you have no bills, no cheques to mail and no late fees.

When are automated payments charged to my credit card or deducted from my bank account?

When you commence your storage with us, the agreed monthly amount is pro-rated to the end of the current month.

After that, we bill monthly and all payments are due in advance on the 1st of the month. This is the date that automated payments are due to be made for the month ahead.

I don’t want to have automated payments. Can you send an invoice so I can pay by cheque or pay you in person?

No. We are not geared up to send invoices and then chase up late payments. This would dramatically increase our administration expenses and we would have to greatly increase your storage costs. We prefer to keep our costs as low as possible and pass these savings on to you with lower prices. That’s why we have our automated payment system and our customers love it.

What if I’m late in making my payment?

We bill monthly and all payments are due in advance on the 1st of the month. This is the date that automated payments are due to be made for the month ahead. However, we do provide a 5-day grace period before charging a late fee of $15 on the 6th of the month. If you don’t pay by the 15th there is an additional $25 late fee added to your account.

To avoid the possibility of these late fees, we recommend customers make sure that all payments will be honoured when the payments are automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card each month.

Do you charge late fees?

Yes. We don’t like to charge late fees, but it is part of our system. The monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. We provide a 5-day grace period before charging a late fee of $15 on the 6th of the month. If you don’t pay by the 15th there is an additional $25 late fee added to your account.

Does BBTS charge security deposits, bonds or other administrative account management fees?

No. BBTS does not have these types of charges or fees.
